SEACC Approved Training Courses
- The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) - for NVQs and for the new Certificate and Diploma in Business Support.
- SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) – for Business Adviser and Business Mentor qualifications.
- OCR – for NVQs at Levels 2, 3 and including the Level 4 in Business Advice.
- City & Guilds – for the Assessor and Internal Verifier awards.
- BTEC – for the Level 2 in Preparing for Enterprise.
SEACC is the only independent CMI vocational training centre in the Thames Gateway area and has been delivering enterprise training since 1997.
Train To Gain
SEACC is a partner in the Government’s Leadership and Management Train to Gain Programme
Grants of up to £1,000 per organisation are available to eligible candidates.

SFEDI / SEACC Business Adviser
SEACC’s previous East of England Development Agency (EEDA) funded SFEDI / SEACC Business Adviser project, trained and accredited 43 Advisers to the National Standards.
SEACC will also act as a signpost for business support or other enterprise inquiries. We will help schools, colleges, universities, local authorities and business support organisations to support initiatives that will assist the enterprise ethos to be widely cascaded.
National Register Of Business Support Professionals
SEACC can help accredited professionals gain entry onto the National Register of Business Support Professionals.
If you are in the EEDA or SEEDA Regions and have been SFEDI-ed then we are your contact for discussing how your current SFEDI accreditation can be upgraded to meet the requirements of the new National Register of Business Support Professionals from the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC).
